Canva is an online tool that, in their own words is “Empowering the world to design”
First released on a referral scheme, it changed the way that many bloggers created and managed their images online – suddenly making combining text and images much easier – as well as being able to make social media friendly pictures and infographics.
Fast forward a couple of years and Canva is a ‘must have’ in the DigitalJen recommended toolkit for all small businesses.
This informal training lasts about 2 hours and covers the basics of using Canva – including how to upload your own images, finding and using Canva images, using your own colours and how to share your created images online. We’ll also look at ‘Canva for Business’ and whether it’s worth the investment.
With a maximum of 4 on each course, there will be plenty of time to ask questions, try out techniques and learn how to represent your brand better through imagery – especially on social media.
Each session will run from 9.30-11.30 (ish) in St Albans and will include tea (or coffee!) and cake.
